Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
I came to craniosacral therapy through movement. As a dancer, then teacher of Contact Improvisation, my curiosity and fascination with the moving body led me to somatic practices and Body-Mind Centering (BMC), where I continued to learn and practice both movement and touch, becoming a Somatic Movement Educator in 2016. The depth of listening, sensitivity and awareness I encountered there led me on the path to study craniosacral therapy.
That background in movement and deep listening shapes everything about how I work. Craniosacral therapy, at its heart, is about listening. Not just with the hands, but with your whole presence.
My sessions are grounded, calm, and spacious. A rare kind of stillness that allows the nervous system to genuinely settle, often more deeply than people expect. This is slow, attentive work with a quality of presence that allows the body to follow its own innate healing wisdom.
If you’ve been carrying stress, tension, or simply the weight of a busy life, I’d love to welcome you.
