NetworkSpinal involves gentle, precise touch to the spine which cues the body to spontaneously release tensions from the nervous system.

By focusing on what the body is doing really well, it allows the body to become self-correcting, and is suitable for all ages: babies, children adults and seniors. Through the different levels of care (Discover, Transform, Awaken and Integrate), the individual learns to use existing tension as ‘fuel’ for spinal re-organisation and enhanced wellness.
