Milo Cradick
Job Title:
Osteopath
Milo Cradick is a registered osteopath, trained in ayurvedic yoga massage, Thai massage, kundalini yoga, therapeutic breathwork and most recently the Perrin technique, an osteopathic treatment of ME and Fibromyalgia.
Having always had an interest in self-improvement, health and wellbeing, Milo first learned massage at the age of 14 from a family friend, James Winstanley, a practitioner of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. As the years progressed Milo continued training and practicing, travelling to India for later levels of study and further practices. Due to a scientific mind, he was still left wanting to better understand the complexity of the body. In osteopathy he finally found an analytic structure to support and clarify what had been learned over these years of practice and greatly expand knowledge of the body and how best to treat it. He studied an undergrad and masters degree in Osteopathic Medicine at Plymouth Marjon University.
The effect touch can have in rebalancing the nervous system and aiding the body’s self-repairing ability is outstanding. The body is capable of its own healing, however due to traumas either physical or emotional, sometimes there are blocks which inhibit this ability. The role of the osteopath is to remove these barriers to recovery or refer when necessary. Osteopathy prioritises the whole picture of an individual’s health paying particular attention to the interaction diverse areas of the body have on one another.
Having worked with a wide variety of patients from professional sports people to dock workers the benefits of specifying a treatment to an individual patient are self-evident. This experience with a diverse range of conditions from recent injuries to long standing women’s health complications. The latter is an underserved area in medicine and Milo plans to pursue this with further study.
In 2022 Milo trained in the Perrin Technique, an osteopathic approach to the treatment of ME and Fibromyalgia. Knowing how difficult these conditions can be to live with, due to close friends and family suffering from them, upon hearing about this treatment he pursued the training and studies with Dr Raymond Perrin himself. Perrin’s 25 years of research on this treatment form a solid base to assist in an individuals’ route to recovery.

Thanks to Claire and Network Spinal Chiropractic my life has changed on so many levels in the few months I have attended. I am a qualified R.N for the past forty years, studying Western,Chinese,Tibetan and Ayurvedic methods of healing but only Network is a genuine holistic framework of healing. I can honestly state this from an experiential point of view as it has affected my life psychologically, physically, emotionally and spiritually for the better. The treatment encourages growth and increases human potential,it opens doors of perception to allow evolving to become a natural step in progress,it all seems effortless as long as the patient is of an open mind and welcomes change. Psychologically I am more conscious, focused, compassionate and equanimous with an increasing positive and loving nature. Physically, I am healthier and fitter, after starting a strict vegetarian diet, restarting Qi Gong and feel stress free- as you are aware my work can be very stressful. Spiritually, I have resumed meditating and rediscovered my thirst for knowledge with a passion I never thought was possible, all of this in just a few short months, astounding progress! My relationships have improved, finances and overall well being have all been radically affected and I thank YOU for helping me to achieve all his and soo much more. However, the biggest insight is there is no more I,Me and Mine but a knowledge of a universal consciousness whereby we will all strive to improve relationships with one another and evolve as a species,A Planetary Consciousness for the benefit of all, With love and Heartfelt Appreciation Martina

Dr Claire is very professional and skilled, within one session I was free of pain, walking straighter and felt more ease in my body. Ive recommended her to dozens of people. I feel lucky to have found her to support me with any aches or pains that present themselves.

"I had the great fortune of meeting chiropractor Claire Ryan as a speaker at a parenting conference recently. She is so engaging and passionate about her field. After two years of getting little help through the NHS, she has already done more for my toddler after two visits to Ola. Jasmine on reception is great, too. She gets down on the floor to play with my toddler to help him feel at ease on arrival. Claire is great with him, and he enjoys being treated by her. That have a great rapport. To my toddler, Claire is putting everything right, one “pop pop” at a time! (I believe the technical term for the instrument is an Activator) My only regret is not finding her sooner!"

"I have a double curvature of the spine (scoliosis), and first went to Claire what must be approximately 9 years ago when I was having multiple problems, for which I was needing to be prescribed diclofenac. After weekly visits for a duration, Claire ‘sorted me out’. It is necessary / advisable for me to receive an adjustment every 4 to 5 weeks, to maintain my spine. I am certain that if I did not, I would end up in the same state again."
