Vianca Silva

My name is Miedie Vianca Silva, 37 years old and live in Bulacan, Philippines. My journey as a Virtual Assistant began during the pandemic when I worked as a Customer Service Representative for Cigna’s provider line. That experience introduced me to the healthcare industry and sparked my passion for supporting patients and healthcare professionals behind the scenes. Since then, I have continued to grow my career by taking on various healthcare-related roles that have strengthened my knowledge and skills in medical administration.

Throughout the years, I have worked as a Claims Billing Analyst, Verification Specialist, Workers’ Compensation Coordinator, and Remote Front Desk Assistant for podiatry clinics. These experiences have allowed me to develop expertise in patient communication, insurance verification, appointment coordination, claims processing, and administrative support. I take pride in providing organized, compassionate, and dependable assistance that helps create a positive experience for both patients and healthcare teams.

Today, I am excited to begin a new chapter as a Virtual Chiropractic Executive Assistant with Dr. Claire. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to helping patients achieve better health and wellness. I look forward to contributing my experience, supporting our patients and staff, and continuing to learn and grow within the chiropractic field.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, learning new skills, and embracing opportunities for personal and professional development.
